The gentleman that helped was great, mid 30s in shape looks like the manager. First he took the time to figure out from what I I risky thought was the issue. Also the place for a garage is very clean.. I'll be back

I'm so impressed with the team at Randy's went to various shops for a vibration in the front of my Audi SUV, no one could figure it out. They diagnosed the issue in the suspension and I was in and out and on the road in a hour and a half. Thank you Randy's!

I called all over the valley to see if anyone could fix my car. No one was able to help me but someone recommended Randy's. I called Randy's later that day and they were able to fix my car later in that week. 10/10 will recommend them to other people.

Had the opportunity to take my car to Randy's for a second opinion the week they opened here in Phoenix! Everyone was very nice and helpful! We ended up having them do the repairs that were needed, and my car was ready to go before the end of the day! They have an e-mail/text link to their assessment and allow for you to see what needs to be done and the urgency, and opt in or out of service, which is helpful in the middle of a work day to just be able to review in writing. I'm sure they would call too to discuss if you needed it. Very happy to have this shop in the neighborhood. We will be back for regular maintenance appointments.
